Dina’s philosophy is, “Design is about the aesthetic and the function.” Her belief is function in Interior Design can go overlooked. Design is multi-faceted, regardless of the size of a space. Interior Design and Architecture is about the glory of the aesthetic beauty, needs, and functionality. While there is basic function, a client always has personal function and needs. It is her task to take the aesthetic design, and function to completion and fall in love.

Her attention to detail is impeccable. She’s creating look, comfort, and integrity in every Design Application. Dina strives as a Project Manager. No project large or small can be executed without proper coordination. It is up to the project manager to know the proper sequence of construction trades, and preparation, which is another aspect of Dina’s expertise.

Dina’s goal is to create beautiful spaces, while making the project an effortless experience for her clients. Dina isn’t just about the furniture, the window treatments and accessories, Ms. Guglielmi is about the project as a whole, the preparation to the finished product. Design is all about coordination, working with contractors, carpenters, cabinet makers, tile installers, HVAC, masons, electricians, plumbers, painters, windows, etc. Ms. Guglielmi is known for her lighting plans. Interior Design is truly a puzzle, all the pieces need to fit together to execute a master-piece in Design. A client needs to be satisfied, wowed and proud.

Dina has taken outdated and mundane to current levels of design and sophistication, from New York to Florida to abroad. She has designed many older Condominium Buildings that were designed in the last century and has brought them to unrecognizable sophistication stunners in the 21st century. The older buildings truly lack todays aesthetic, function, and are antiquated in design for today’s lifestyle. Many older buildings lack primary lighting, adequate mechanicals and function. Dina’s proactive approach to design and function is exceptional. Her motto, “there’s always a solution.”

Commercial spaces while still taking on a specific aesthetic, regard a different approach to functionality as they are highly trafficked areas. Dina has designed commercial spaces from lobby’s to restaurants to professional offices. Based on the design she will create the beauty, function and longevity.

Whatever the theme or look she will give you the desired aesthetic and integrity. Dina has won awards throughout her career, both domestic and international.
